Dan takes on an essential role at JT Mega as a classically trained chef with over 30 years of experience in the foodservice industry. He understands the technical components of food and the complexities of creating innovative food that drives craveability and sales. Dan has worked extensively with foodservice manufacturers as well as restaurant operators, making him an ideal partner for our agency and clients.
At JT Mega, food and culinary are a key part of our culture. We have a passion for and deep knowledge of the food and beverage industry. It is always top-of-mind and is our exclusive area of focus. We develop and execute culinary inspired work in many ways – from photo and video shoots, recipe and menu idea development, content creation and so much more. Dan will serve as a resident culinary specialist within JT Mega and will work to further advance our agency’s ‘thought for food’ position and culture.
