JT Mega is seeking a strategic and dynamic Account Executive. This role is the primary client contact on day-to-day development and implementation of marketing and communications programs. Key measurements of this role are proactivity, demonstrating a willingness to learn, accountability, and attention to details.

Core Duties

  • Manage, lead and take ownership of assigned projects, ensuring that JTM achieves and exceeds client expectations
  • Be the steward of flawless execution
  • Provide direction for creative strategies, media planning, and social content development
  • Build relationships at the appropriate client level
  • Keep abreast of current trends in marketing and communications in client industries
  • Visit and participate in events as necessary
  • Monitor and manage project budgets and client billing

Desired Experience

  • 3 to 5 years agency experience; must have a thorough understanding of typical agency processes
  • BA degree in marketing, communications, advertising or related field
  • Experience with food marketing preferred, not required
  • Experience with social and digital efforts preferred, not required
  • Experience working closely with cross-functional teams
  • Proven communications, relationship-building and project management skills
