JT Mega is seeking a curious and dynamic Account Executive. The Account Executive manages key categories/brands of assigned client from input through output, ensuring deliverables are on target, on strategy, on time and within budget. Key measurements of this role are proactivity, curiosity, problem solving and teamwork.

JT Mega Food Advertising is a rapidly growing agency that specializes in the food and beverage category, with a client roster that includes Fortune 500 companies as well as emerging brands. We apply our deep experience, market insights and strategic planning expertise to develop integrated programs and big ideas that ensure our clients consistently win in the marketplace.

Core Duties

  • Manage, lead and take ownership of assigned brands which will include program development and execution, ensuring that JTM achieves and exceeds client expectations
  • Be the steward of flawless execution
  • Provide direction for creative strategies, event and media planning and content development
  • Build relationships with clients and internal team members to effectively deliver work
  • Keep abreast of current trends in marketing and communications in client industries
  • Understand the context and explore the problem we are trying to solve for client goals, requests and assignments
  • Monitor and manage project timelines, budgets and client billing

Desired Experience

  • 3 to 5 years agency experience; must have a thorough understanding of typical agency processes
  • Able to combine analytical thinking with the ability to review creative work
  • Solid understanding and experience in digital tactics (such as paid digital, website, email and social)
  • Experience with food marketing preferred, not required
  • Desire to problem solve and communicate effectively
  • Experience working closely with cross-functional teams
  • Proven communications, relationship-building and project management skills
  • Curiosity about the food and beverage space, and your clients’ business
  • Appetite for bringing new thinking forward

Annual salary range for this position is $60,000 – $70,000. Medical and dental benefits and a 401k program will be made available.

Interviews will be conducted both virtually and in-person. This position is based in Minneapolis.
