Description
We are looking for a special Project Manager to assist on a special client project. The role involves managing 2-3 separate interior build/design projects in Marshall, MN, and Sioux Falls, SD, across office spaces and industrial facilities. This role will be a central figure for these high-visibility projects, coordinating and running communication between our internal JT Mega team, production vendors, and clients. The ideal candidate would have the skill set that includes facility/office build experience with designating wayfinding signage, building codes, etc. This project would be a commitment of approx. 150-200 hours for a 6-8 month time period.

Core Duties
- Providing ongoing status updates across JT Mega team, vendors and client team. Including coordinating internal JT Mega meetings, running point during external vendor meetings and attending and advising during client meetings
- Vendor/fabrication sourcing and coordination
- Timeline and project status stewardship
- Gathering, researching and confirming all technical production specifications
- Serving as main point of contact for all external vendors
Desired Experience
- Facility/office build experience with designating wayfinding signage, building codes, etc.
- Vendor connections in Sioux Falls, SD (if possible)
- Either live near Sioux Falls, SD or willing to travel
- Experience working with an integrated creative, account service and client team
